1. General Terms / सामान्य शर्तें

• By accessing or using our website (www.housedesignwala.com), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• हमारी वेबसाइट का उपयोग करने का अर्थ है कि आप हमारी सभी शर्तों और नियमों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत हैं।

• HouseDesignWala reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

• HouseDesignWala को किसी भी समय बिना पूर्व सूचना के इन शर्तों में बदलाव करने का पूरा अधिकार है।

2. Services / सेवाएं

• We provide 2D Floor Plans, 3D Elevations, Interior Design, and Construction Drawings through 100% online delivery.

• हमारी सेवाओं में 2D फ्लोर प्लान, 3D एलीवेशन, इंटीरियर्स और कंस्ट्रक्शन ड्रॉइंग्स शामिल हैं, जो पूरी तरह ऑनलाइन डिलीवर की जाती हैं।

• The services provided are purely design consultancy and digital delivery. Execution and on-site supervision are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

• हमारी सेवाएं केवल डिज़ाइन कंसल्टेंसी और डिजिटल डिलीवरी तक सीमित हैं। साइट पर निगरानी या निर्माण कार्य शामिल नहीं है, जब तक कि लिखित रूप से तय न किया जाए।

3. Pricing Policy / मूल्य नीति

• All prices mentioned on our website are indicative package prices only. Final pricing depends on the scope of work, project requirements, plot size, design complexity, and client customization requests.

• वेबसाइट पर दिए गए सभी दाम केवल indicative packages हैं। अंतिम मूल्य तय होगा क्लाइंट की ज़रूरत, प्रोजेक्ट का आकार, जटिलता और कस्टमाइजेशन के आधार पर।

• HouseDesignWala reserves the right to revise the final quotation if the scope of work changes.

• यदि कार्य की सीमा बदलती है तो HouseDesignWala अंतिम कोटेशन बदलने का पूरा अधिकार रखता है।

• No client shall claim a fixed price as prices are subject to variation.

• क्लाइंट किसी भी दाम को फिक्स्ड प्राइस नहीं मान सकता क्योंकि कीमत परिस्थितियों पर निर्भर करेगी।

4. Payment Policy / भुगतान नीति

• 100% advance payment is required to initiate any design project.

• किसी भी डिज़ाइन प्रोजेक्ट को शुरू करने के लिए 100% अग्रिम भुगतान अनिवार्य है।

• Payment once made is non-refundable as services are custom-created and digitally delivered.

• किया गया भुगतान non-refundable है क्योंकि हमारी सेवाएं कस्टमाइज़्ड और डिजिटल डिलीवरी वाली हैं।

• Delay in payment may result in delay or termination of the project.

• भुगतान में देरी प्रोजेक्ट की डिलीवरी में देरी या प्रोजेक्ट समाप्ति का कारण बन सकती है।

5. Delivery Timeline / डिलीवरी समयसीमा

• Standard delivery time depends on project complexity and chosen package.

• डिलीवरी का समय प्रोजेक्ट की जटिलता और चुने गए पैकेज पर निर्भर करेगा।

• Timelines provided are tentative and may change depending on client response time for approvals and revisions.

• दिए गए टाइमलाइन tentative हैं और क्लाइंट की प्रतिक्रिया व संशोधनों के आधार पर बदल सकते हैं।

6. Revisions Policy / संशोधन नीति

• Each package includes a limited number of revisions as mentioned at the time of booking.

• हर पैकेज में केवल उतने ही संशोधन शामिल होंगे, जितना बुकिंग के समय बताया गया है।

• Extra revisions will be charged separately.

• अतिरिक्त संशोधनों के लिए अलग से शुल्क लगेगा।

• Clients must provide clear feedback within 48 hours of receiving a draft design, otherwise project delivery may be delayed.

• क्लाइंट को 48 घंटे के अंदर डिज़ाइन पर फीडबैक देना आवश्यक है, अन्यथा प्रोजेक्ट डिलीवरी में देरी हो सकती है।

7. Refund Policy / रिफंड नीति

• No refund is applicable once the project is initiated.

• प्रोजेक्ट शुरू होने के बाद किसी भी प्रकार का रिफंड लागू नहीं होगा।

• Since our services are digital and custom-designed, they cannot be cancelled or returned.

• हमारी सेवाएं डिजिटल और कस्टम-निर्मित हैं, इसलिए इन्हें कैंसिल या रिटर्न नहीं किया जा सकता।

8. Legal Jurisdiction / विधिक अधिकार क्षेत्र

• All disputes, claims, or legal matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Yamuna Nagar, Haryana Courts only.

• सभी विवाद, दावे या कानूनी मामले केवल यमुनानगर, हरियाणा की अदालतों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में होंगे।

• By availing our services, you agree that no other jurisdiction shall apply.

• हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग करने पर आप मानते हैं कि कोई अन्य अदालत का अधिकार क्षेत्र लागू नहीं होगा।

9. Approval & Local Authority Compliance / स्वीकृति और स्थानीय प्राधिकरण

• HouseDesignWala provides design consultancy only. Getting the design approved/passed by local authorities or municipal departments is solely the responsibility of the client.

• HouseDesignWala केवल डिज़ाइन कंसल्टेंसी प्रदान करता है। डिज़ाइन को स्थानीय प्राधिकरण या नगर निगम से पास कराने की ज़िम्मेदारी पूरी तरह क्लाइंट की होगी।

• HouseDesignWala shall not be responsible for any rejection, objection, or delay by local authorities.

• स्थानीय प्राधिकरण द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार की आपत्ति, अस्वीकृति या देरी के लिए HouseDesignWala ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

10. Client Responsibilities / क्लाइंट की ज़िम्मेदारियाँ

• Clients must provide accurate plot measurements, requirements, vastu preferences (if any), and other necessary information before design work begins.

• क्लाइंट को सही प्लॉट माप, आवश्यकताएं, वास्तु प्राथमिकताएं (यदि कोई हों) और अन्य जानकारी डिज़ाइन कार्य शुरू होने से पहले देनी होगी।

• HouseDesignWala will not be responsible for errors arising due to incorrect information provided by the client.

• क्लाइंट द्वारा गलत जानकारी देने से उत्पन्न किसी भी त्रुटि के लिए HouseDesignWala ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

11. Ownership of Designs / डिज़ाइन का स्वामित्व

• All designs remain the intellectual property of HouseDesignWala until full payment is received.

• पूर्ण भुगतान प्राप्त होने तक सभी डिज़ाइन HouseDesignWala की बौद्धिक संपत्ति रहेंगे।

• Clients may use the designs for personal construction purposes only.

• क्लाइंट डिज़ाइनों का उपयोग केवल व्यक्तिगत निर्माण कार्य के लिए कर सकते हैं।

• Reselling, sharing, or distributing our designs without written consent is strictly prohibited.

• बिना लिखित अनुमति के हमारे डिज़ाइन को पुनर्विक्रय, साझा या वितरित करना सख्त वर्जित है।

12. Limitation of Liability / दायित्व की सीमा

• HouseDesignWala is not responsible for site-level execution, contractor disputes, material defects, or construction delays.

• HouseDesignWala साइट-स्तर पर कार्यान्वयन, कॉन्ट्रैक्टर विवाद, सामग्री की खामियां या निर्माण में देरी के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

• Our responsibility ends with the delivery of final digital drawings and designs.

• हमारी ज़िम्मेदारी केवल अंतिम डिजिटल डिज़ाइन और ड्रॉइंग की डिलीवरी तक सीमित है।

13. Termination of Services / सेवाओं की समाप्ति

• HouseDesignWala reserves the right to terminate any project if:

  1. Client fails to make payment on time.

  2. Client provides false or misleading information.

  3. Client behaves in an unprofessional or abusive manner.

• यदि क्लाइंट समय पर भुगतान नहीं करता, गलत जानकारी देता है, या असभ्य व्यवहार करता है, तो HouseDesignWala को प्रोजेक्ट समाप्त करने का पूरा अधिकार है।
